Primary TargetBCRP/ABCG2 (breast cancer resistance protein/ATP-binding cassette G2)
Cell permeable: yes
General description
A cell-permeable indolyldiketopiperazinyl mycotoxin that inhibits the ATPase and multidrug resistance activity of BCRP/ABCG2 (breast cancer resistance protein/ATP-binding cassette G2) without affecting the activity of MDR1. Also acts as a potent and specific chemosenzitizing agent. Suggested concentration for cell inhibition studies: ~1-5 µM.
